摘要: Surface membranes were isolated by the fluorescein mercuric acetate and Tris procedures from mouse fibroblasts (L cells) grown in suspension culture. Membranes method contained approximately 4.7% of protein 13.8% lipid whole cell. Approximately 95% plasma membrane was accounted for. Comparison lipid-protein ratios for cells surface shows a 3-fold enrichment membrane. Neutral lipids make up 40% total lipid, with cholesterol triglycerides accounting 20 13%, respectively. The high content is reflected cholesterol-phospholipid molar ratio 0.69 while corresponding cell 0.26. Fifty-nine per cent phospholipids contain choline, more sphingomyelin less lecithin phosphatidylethanolamine than lipid. Phosphatidylserine show 2- to unsaturated long chain fatty acids relative other phospholipids. composition L compared reported literature animal cells. comparison indicates that compositions liver are basically similar. Lipid may be useful classifying preparations.
