摘要: A common belief today is that sustainable competitive advantages are in some way positively correlated with customer focused behavior and CRM technology. However, the enthusiasm generated around a select concentration of companies might be classified as "relationship leaders" stark contrast to nay saying many business commentators. Building on resource-based view firm this study identifies human technological capabilities required successfully execute program. Further, shows successful, programs must feasible requires wider understanding structural behavioral limits performance.
