摘要: Application of the tissue culture propagation technique was attempted in annual vegetable crops. In course hybridization, we selected several high quality melon plants which possessed disease resistance and produced good fruits. From second filial generation hybrid between netted Asiatic cultivar, could not select any fruit bearing plants. After backcrossing with melon, four fitting to our breeding objectives were obtained from 104 examined. These propagated by culturing nodal sections. For multiplication axiallary buds, low concentration 6-benzylaminopurine necessary. order avoid vitrification, plastic boxes holes sealed gas permeable filters used. vitro successfully cultured greenhouse showed uniform growth. This nursery system combined classical systems will be useful for crops unless planting density is very price products too cheap.
