摘要: Several mechanisms have been implicated in the development of hyperlipidemia. These include reduced activity receptors for low density lipoproteins (LDL), deficiencies lipoprotein lipase (LPL), abnormalities primary structures apolipoproteins C-II, E, and B-100, overproduction containing apolipoprotein B-100 (apo B) . All these except last are well documented. On other hand, many researchers believe that apo B-containing is one more common causes Therefore, it worthwhile to consider evidence existence as a cause The present paper will examine available data related this question.
