摘要: Summary Three species of Didymium, D. nigripes, difforme and squamulosum, have been grown in culture produced sporangia on a solid synthetic medium. Some observations the effect by external conditions, more especially moisture development containing viable spores are discussed. The fusion gametes takes place motile swarm-spore stage. process fusion, both mono-and multispore cultures, as seen vivo under microscope, is described. Plasmodiocarps obtained from three successive generations monospore cultures Knop agar. These results prove that bisexual, sex segregation must occur at some division after germination spore.
