摘要: The need to measure ultralow levels of pharmaceuticals in biological matrices at femtogram and attogram presents a significant challenge bioanalysts. Liquid chromatography has proven be versatile valuable tool for separating analytes from complex fluorescence detection provides both the sensitivity selectivity required analytes. Solid-state diode lasers have been used primarily printers, compact disc recorders, bar code scanners but recently adapted use as light sources detection. Excellent spectral features visible near-infrared regions spectrum, together with low cost ruggedness, make an attractive alternative analytical measurement. Biological demonstrate minimal background signals far-red spectrum which emit are among most stable available. These facts along expected developments labeling systems potential LC-detection quite promising. This paper reviews characteristics lasers, properties fluorescent probes, instrumental aspects laser fluorometers, future trends that can this exciting field bioanalytical research.
