摘要: It appears well established that the incidence of tumors resulting from feeding p-dimethylaminoazobenzene depends upon character diet fed during precancerous period. Factors reported to retard tumor development include liver ( i9) , yeast (I8), grain (I6), combination casein and riboflavin I ) protein B vitamins I6) cystine choline (6). Biotin (5) (25) are be cocarcinogenic for this type tumor. As might expected, anticarcinogenic effects observed depend basal rations fed. Casein particularly when consists rice carrot, or source vitamin complex is a bran extract such as vitab (i6), which contains all in abundance except riboflavin. Thus effectiveness could essentially fortuitous, depending specific deficiency crude materials employed ration. The effect other genesis hepatic still unknown. Some inferred, however, observation split products carcinogenic azo dyes inhibit certain enzymes nicotinamide coenzymes thiamin pyrophosphate their activity (IO, I2). present study represents an attempt determine each production due to. p-dimethylaminoazobenzene. This, necessity, required highly purified synthetic diets. our previ-
