摘要: The purpose of the present study was to determine influence fitness on cardiac function, particularly left ventricular function parameters. Fifteen healthy ‘three-day event’ warmblood horses were examined at rest and immediately after high-speed treadmill exercise (3% incline, 3 min 1.8 m s −1 , 4 5 6 7 1.5 8 ). Horses divided into two groups. Group 1 consisted nine conditioned group 2 included six unconditioned horses. Left dimensions acquired using standardized echocardiographic indices. To assess level fitness, heart rate blood lactate concentration determined exercise. showed a significantly lower (mean value 2.39 mmol l ) than did 3.81 ), which clearly revealed difference in between During not different both Only recovery phase trained show significant faster decrease untrained Mean during echocardiography (within first min) 105 bpm 113 horses.Within each horses, several parameters differed resting values Particularly, 17 out 30 (most diastolic) In only different. At rest, diameter apex cordis free wall papillary muscle level, volume stroke volume, as well fractional shortening (at level) After comparison those animals no differences. study, data have been provided for stress without any disorders cardiovascular system.
