摘要: Background Artificial stroke models can be used for testing various thrombectomy devices. Objective To determine the value of combined stentriever–aspiration compared with stentriever-alone approach. Methods We designed an in vitro model intracranial circulation a focus on middle cerebral artery (MCA) that closely resembles human circulation. After introducing fresh clot MCA, we conventional biplane angiography and microangiographic fluoroscopy to compare recanalization rates occurrence emboli new, unaffected territory approaches which stentriever (Solitaire flow restoration stentriever, Covidien) was alone or combination continuous manual aspiration through Navien catheter (Covidien). Results In total 22 experiments (11 each approach), successful delivery MCA achieved all cases. Successful angiographic (thrombolysis infarction score 2b–3) more frequently approach than (in 10 vs 4 experiments, p=0.023). Emboli new occurred three approach, none were seen (p=0.21). Conclusions The leads better use alone. Further are needed test balloon-guide catheters performed using other types modes aspiration.
