摘要: Employment is a problem faced by every fresh graduate. Graduates from different majors choose the right job according to their own situations. However, typically graduates would find it difficult make judgments of jobs, thus missing out most appropriate chances. In this paper, AHP model introduced state problems encountered and relevant factors that affect employment results. addition, rating system established comparative matrix constructed based on survey data. The conclusion proves feasible scheme used resolve problems, viable use mathematical solve complex deci- sion in real world. more realistic basis large amounts data should be con- structed which regretfully not built here given limited sample size.
