摘要: Abstract M-type hexagonal barium ferrite is one of the most favorable materials, whose functional properties such as ferroelectric polarity alignment and interaction between electron spins could be controlled by manipulating its stoichiometry or microstructure. In this letter, BaFe 12 O 19 films have been prepared on Al 2 3 substrate pulsed laser deposition at different temperature. AFM SEM results show that under optimal preparation condition, change into self-assembled triangular shaped nano-islands with highly regulated orientation. Interesting magnetic optical observed in these nanostructures. We believe work may provide a unique opportunity to investigate anomalous phenomenons associated nanostructured oxides growth dynamics films.
