摘要: Introduction: A project of vocational rehabilitation was studied in Sweden between 1999 and 2002. The included four public organisations: the social insurance office, local health services, municipal service office state employment service. aim this paper to analyse perceived barriers development inter-organisational integration. Theory: Theories inter-professional integration, theories on organisational change. Methods: In total, 51 semi-structured interviews 14 focus group discussions were performed with actors within thematic approach used for analysis data. Results: Three different main themes emerged from data: Uncertainty, B Prioritising own organisation C Lack communication. are interconnected an intricate web hence not mutually exclusive. Conclusions discussion: found all related partly change general specific led flaws communication, which turn a high degree uncertainty project.
