摘要: Our laboratories have actively published in this area for several years and the objective of chapter is to present as comprehensive an overview possible. Following a brief review basic principles associated with 113Cd NMR methods, we will results from thorough literature search chemical shifts metalloproteins. The updated shift figure further illustrate excellent correlation nature coordinating ligands (N, O, S) coordination number/geometry, reaffirming how method can be used not only identify protein uncharacterized cases but also dynamics at metal binding site. Specific examples drawn studies on alkaline phosphatase, Ca2+ proteins, metallothioneins.
