摘要: Several semiconductor nanomaterial devices are increasingly being applied in a variety of fields, especially the treating environmental pollutants. We have fabricated (MnO@TNTAs):Mn2+ with sandwich-like nanostructures composed TiO2 nanotube arrays (TNTAs), Mn-doped TNTAs and MnO. The experimental procedure was two-step synthesis: first, using anodic oxidation methods then hydrothermal methods. carried out many characterizations “sandwiches“ nanoscale. From field emission scanning electron microscopy images we found nanofibers lying on highly-ordered arrays. diameter nanotubes about 50 nm but size varied. Energy dispersive spectroscopy demonstrated that contained manganese element x-ray diffraction patterns showed peak manganosite phase. ultraviolet–visible light spectra, it had strong absorption activities under both ultraviolet visible radiation, while pure only light. photodegradation experiments proved an excellent photocatalytic activity (92.5% after 240 min), which great improvement compared TNTAs. In this way, structures as device at nanoscale huge potential controlling pollution.
