X-Ray Diffraction Analysis of Molten Trivalent Halides

摘要: Molten structures of some trivalent halides were investigated by high-temperature X-ray diffraction method. Shortranged structure the melts, in which cation tends to be surrounded six halide ions, was precisely determined from radial distribution function G(r). A first sharp peak corresponding a medium-ranged structural order detected those melts. In present work, correlation between and dynamic properties is discussed view molecular dynamics simulation technique.
