摘要: Stoichiometric Ni3V undergoes a cubic tetragonal ordering transition (Al DO22) by means of nucleation and growth. Electron diffraction microscopy other experimental techniques reveal that the reaction is continuous, proceedind in three stages: I. Nucleation coherent particles ordered phase clusters common orientation; II. Growth these clustered nuclei to impingement forming isolated cells unique orientation - each cell subdivided into anti-phase domains; III. consume remaining disordered phase, producing mosaic substructure mutually orthogonal cells, or “transformation twins”. Severe internal strains develop during sequence, secondary structural changes, such as twinning recrystallization, effect their relief. Elektronenbeugungsmikroskopie andere experimentelle Methoden zeigen, das dieser Prozes drei Stufen vor sich geht. koharenter Partikel geordneten Phase Kluster mit gemeinsamer Orientierung. Zusammenwachsen Keime zu isolierten Zellen einheitlicher Orientierung jede Zelle ist unterteilt Antiphasen-Domanen. bis zum Verschwinden restlichen fehlgeordneten Phase, wobei eine Mosaik-Substruktur zueinander senkrechter oder „Transformations-Zwillinge” gebildet wird. Verschiedene innere Spannungen entwickeln wahrend dieses Prozesses; sekundare Strukturveranderungen wie Zwillingsbildung Rekristallisation beeinflussen deren Relief.
