摘要: Lectins are widespread proteins found in plants, fungi, bacteria, and vertebrates, they play the critical roles many physiological functions. Two lectin molecules (namely, RSAI RSAII) were extracted from Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn their effects on Pieris brassicae L. larvae determined by larval survival rate, body mass, nutritional indices, digestive enzyme activities, caspase-3 gene expression. The highest mortality caused RSA treatment was recorded up to 80%, weight decreased 0.05 g Similarly, RSAs significantly indices including conversion efficiency of ingested food (ECI), digested (ECD), approximate digestibility (AD), relative consumption rate (RCR), growth (RGR) a dose-dependent manner. Activities α-amylase α- β-glucosidases fed with RSA-treated diets. Also, activities TAG-lipase proteases reduced after feeding different concentrations RSAs. Gene expression analysis control treated revealed significant increment its RSAII, respectively, 9.52- 1.47-fold compared control. These results clearly demonstrated insecticidal R. lectins P. via several pathways, thus rendering as good target for furthering our knowledge suggesting new strategies overcome pesticide side effects.
