摘要: We used PFGE followed by CsCl bisbenzymide centrifugation to obtain sufficient DNA for pyrosequencing of the Ca. Liberibacter americanus (Lam) strain “Sao Paulo” genome. The complete circular genomic sequence Lam is 1,195,201 bp, with an average GC content 31.12%, somewhat lower than other Liberibacters. There are 1,056 predicted genes, 1,002 encoding proteins, 9 rRNA genes and 45 tRNAs. overall gene organization structure genome more similar Lso Las. 951 common Lam, Las, 27 found in but not only 8 Las Lso.
