摘要: The blood–brain barrier (BBB) and the blood–CSF (BCSFB) possess multiple transport systems for endogenous xenobiotic compounds to maintain functional homeostasis in central nervous system (CNS). Accumulating evidence on has provided a basis development of rational strategies drug delivery targeting CNS. blood-to-brain influx at BBB have great potential CNS-acting brain. brain-to-blood efflux including ATP-binding cassette transporters hinder penetration Efflux BCSFB also play an important role cerebral clearance neurotoxic which are associated with disorders Several drugs influence brain barriers.
