摘要: Sulfonated and fluorescent polymethylsiloxanes (SO3H-PMS) were synthesized, their effect as additives on in vitro calcium oxalate (CaOx) crystallization was evaluated. SO3H-PMS prepared by hydrosilylation sulfonation reactions with poly(dimethylsiloxane-co-hydrogenmethylsiloxane) (PDMS-co-PMHS). Several analytical tools used to investigate the morphology, crystal structure, chemical contents of harvested CaOx crystals. Varying concentration induces a transition monohydrate (COM) expanded multilayer circular stacked-sheet morphologies well bipyramidal dihydrate (COD) crystals three procedures. Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) XRD allowed detecting presence Si (0.2–1.0°wt.-%), which stems from adsorbed CaOx, selective formation phases COM COD. We demonstrated that anionic moieties backbone crucial control type, size, composition.
