摘要: There appear to be several factors that confirm the viability of polymeric microspheres as vaccine delivery vehicles, including ability enhance targeting antigen-presenting cells, potential for controlled, sustained release antigen-thereby potentially eliminating need multiple vaccination doses-as well polymer matrix not only facilitate more efficient by acting a shield from hostile external environment, but also reduce adverse reactions and abrogate problems caused strain in immunocompromised individuals. In addition, offer great variability terms manufacturing processes, constituents (including additional adjuvants), physico-chemical properties immunological efficacy.
