摘要: Large wireless ad hoc and sensor networks impose tight constraints on cost power dissipation, so nodes usually adopt a single transceiver approach. Since cannot assess the status of existing transmissions, it wastes valuable time energy handshaking packets corrupted packets. To avoid such overhead, we propose approach based ultra wideband (UWB) companion medium access control (MAC) layer busy tone multiple (BTMA). BTMA reduces spent collisions as compared to protocols. It is well suited for since permits random, distributed with no central point failure. The leverages inherently low duty cycle impulse-based UWB (I-UWB) packet during its transmission.
