摘要: Abstract Background In between calibrations, quality controls and so on reduce the availability of blood gas analyzers. Despite intended urgency measurements, these inhibitory circumstances cause delays measurements. The comparison changes (primarily PO2 PCO2, secondarily ctHb) in syringes from different suppliers embedding into guideline ranges are objectives this study. Methods Five matrices were tonometered at two levels within German (RiLi-BAEK) controlled range. Matrices aspired each syringe analysis accomplished after 0 to 30 min. procedure was repeated 5 8-fold for concentrations every condition which consisted type (7), (5) time delay (7). Results Syringes produce almost identical effects partial pressures during 30 min observation period. Initial fast arise when pressure (PP) differs widely atmospheric followed by diffusion, production or consumption ctHb depending effects. Conclusions Only normal arterial gases without “atmospheric pollution” not affected materials homogeneity a de-aerated capped ICU-patients' sample is hardly be provided more than 10 min resting mechanical assistance.
