摘要: In this study the effects of angiotensin II and norleucine1-angiotensin IV have been studied in a horizontal vitro slice preparation female rat brains. Extracellular field potentials lateral nucleus basolateral amygdala were recorded. The results show that significantly increased amplitude induced by electrical stimulation nucleus, whereas caused significant decrease potentials. angiotensin-induced could be blocked specific receptor antagonists. These opposite on electrophysiological parameters are agreement with behavioral studies demonstrated produce retention an inhibitory shock-avoidance response correlate their different blood vessels.
