摘要: Abstract The encounter of a replication fork with either damaged DNA template, nick in the template strand or ‘frozen' protein–DNA complex can stall replisome and cause it to fall apart. Such an event generates requirement for restart if cell is going survive. Recent evidence shows that effected by action recombination proteins generating substrate PriA-directed assembly.
