摘要: Negative feedback is a fundamental mechanism of organisms to maintain the internal environment within tolerable limits. Gibberellins (GAs) are essential regulators many aspects plant development, including seed germination, stem elongation, and flowering. GA biosynthesis regulated by in plants. 3-oxidase (GA3ox) catalyzes final step biosynthetic pathway produce physiologically active GAs. Here, we found that only AtGA3ox1 among AtGA3ox family Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) under regulation GA-negative feedback. We have identified cis-acting sequence responsible for using transgenic Furthermore, an AT-hook protein, AGF1 (for protein regulation), as DNA-binding The mutation abolished both binding. In addition, constitutive expression affected Arabidopsis. Our results suggest plays role homeostasis GAs through binding AtGA3ox1.
