摘要: Abstract The nearly Zero Energy Building concept should be adopted in the renovation of existing buildings and actions upscaled applied to larger urban areas. In this context, paper presents an optimization methodology for drafting integral at district level. is based on a MILP model that allows selecting energy saving measures, as well design operation supply systems amongst very large set potential permutations. For its application, District Equivalent introduced, defined virtual building with loads equal addition all individual load vectors each building. was real residential located Bilbao (northern Spain). case study, optimal plan obtained, considering three different objectives: (i) Optimal-Cost, (ii) (ZED) (iii) including domestic electricity consumption calculation non-renewable primary (ZED’). Although similar solutions were these cases, significant differences get attending hourly solutions. These cases economically assessed optimal-cost curve obtained.
