摘要: A process for rapidly cooling porous foam material to prevent oxidation or autoignition of said foam. The includes a first step wherein cooled ambient air is drawn through the block (1) thereby cooling, dehumidifying and removing fumes from before being vented, second condensed redeposited within block, further thereof, with sublimates in third so as remove remaining fumes, heat moisture therefrom. present invention advantageously utilizes formulation which an increased percentage water providing adequate foaming while minimizing obviating need including toxic auxiliary blowing agents formulation. In addition, may also have lower TDI index compared formulations utilized conventional methods because recycled back into An apparatus especially configured adapted practicing disclosed.
