摘要: A method of cryopreserving biological material, which comprises providing a sample the where liquid phase includes at least one solute; lowering temperature to nucleating point ice nucleation can occur in sample; effecting and from solidification thereof, characterised that temparature is non linear, whereby rate change solute concentration decreases for more than 80 % time taken lower point.
