摘要: E-learning technologies have allowed authoring and playback of standardized reusable learning objects (RLO) for several years. Effective mobile requires similar functionality at both design time runtime. Mobile devices can play RLO using applications like SMILE, access to a management system (LMS), or other systems which deploy content learners (Castillo & Ayala, 2008; Chu, Hwang, Tseng, 2010; Hsu Chen, Nakabayashi, 2009; Zualkernan, Nikkhah, Al-Sabah, 2009). However, implementations author in context do not typically permit reuse across multiple contexts due lack standardization. Standards based (IMS SCORM) exist non-mobile platforms (Gonzalez-Barbone Anido-Rifon, Griffiths, Beauvoir, Liber, Barrett-Baxendale, Tellez, Yang, Chiu, Tsai, Wu, 2004). this paradigm precludes capturing where when it occurs. Consequently, authored e-learning learner generated content, especially with timely, relevant, location aware examples.
