Invariant shape description and measure of object similarity

摘要: One of the most important problems in computer graphics and image processing is to find rotational, translational scale invariant description planar shapes. In paper, a new shape by binary matrix presented. Properties are discussed measure similarity introduced. The problem matching also addressed. It shown that can be successfully used as feature for object recognition.
