摘要: Abstract Twenty areas were taken from each of ten hemispheres five young adult Cercopithecus aethiops. From three brains the aliquots once washed crude membrane fraction sample was used to study specific binding 3H-naloxone, 3H-diazepam and 3H-quinuclidinyl benzilate (QNB). remaining four hemispheres, similarly obtained served determine “dopamine” “serotonin” 3H-spiroperidol (identified by means different displacement agents: ADTN mianserine, respectively). All receptors, except those for dopamine serotonin, distributed independently one another. The steepest gradient distribution found naloxone then (and serotonin), diazepam, flattest QNB. Significant positive correlations between distributions serotonin as well receptors previously published dopamine/noradrenaline ratios. Spiroperidol highest in prefrontal cortex lowest motor, entorhinal frontal eye fields. values some limbic areas: entorhinal, perirhinal anterior cingulate; next medial orbital cortex, sometosensory, inferotemporal, particularly visual cortex. Diazepam had field, whereas motor areas. only significant difference QNB a high value low Some cortical more than extreme value. Specific same ligands determined also septum hippocampus.
