Continuous x-ray spectrum from 8A to 14A

摘要: The continuous x-ray spectrum has been studied at voltages from 1.1 kv to 2 and wave-lengths 8A 14A using a vacuum single crystal Geiger counter spectrometer. measurements were corrected for window absorption efficiency but not in the target or reflecting power of crystal. total intensity spectrum, as measured partially corrected, is found be proportional atomic number target, result similar results obtained shorter wave-lengths, square voltage applied tube. shapes curves approach shape expected thin target.
