摘要: For this article, we are asked to make a case for early surgery in thoracic aortic aneurysm (TAA) disease. We able accumulate arguments favor of surgery. Specifically, (1) it is impossible predict the onset dissection with complete accuracy. (2) Aortic that allowed occur has high mortality and impaired late survival. (3) very safe present era. (4) Living TAA, inherent risk emotional burden. these reasons, prophylactic TAA disease can fairly be made.
