Stability Analysis of Delayed Age-Structured Resource-Consumer Model of Population Dynamics With Saturated Intake Rate

摘要: The nonlinear n-resource-consumer autonomous system with age-structured consumer population is studied. While the model of dynamics described by a delayed transport equation, resource patches are ODE saturated intake rate. delay models digestion period generalist and included in calorie rate which impacts on consumer’s fertility mortality. Saturated inhibition effect from behavioral change when they react growing or crowding consumer. Conditions for existence trivial, semi-trivial nontrivial equilibria their local asymptotic stability obtained. Local stability/instability non-trivial equilibrium depleted defined new derived criteria relate demographic characteristics consumers search rate, growth food grows. Digestion does not cause asymptotical instabilities at equilibria. These theoretical results may be used study metapopulation dynamics, desert locust populations prey-predator interactions fisheries, etc. Numerical experiments confirm illustrate all dynamical regimes obtained paper.
