摘要: Abstract The work presents the results of investigations electrical properties LiNi 1− y Co O 2 system ( =0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.85) in a wide temperature range (300–1073 K) and oxygen pressures ranging from 10 −4 to 1 atm. It was found that replacement nickel by cobalt eliminates presence disadvantageous phase transition observed LiNiO reduces “cations mixing” phenomenon. However, for content ≫0.25 there is significant deterioration transport related drop effective carriers concentration.
