摘要: a b s t r c Introduction: Post-anesthetic care reduces the anesthesia-related postoperative complica- tions and mortality, shortens length of stay at units improves patient satisfaction. Objective: To establish set recommendations for immediate post-anesthetic patients that received general/regional anesthesia or profound/moderate sedation units. Methodology: This is process "rapid" clinical practice guidelines adaptation, including systematic search. The illegible adaptation were rated using AGREE II. guideline selected to be adapted as handbook was Practice American Society Anesthesiologists. manual evaluated in terms implementation ability, up-to-date information, relevancy, ethical considerations safety by group anesthesiologists epidemiologists based on Delphi. Result: kept evaluation monitoring, pharmacolog- ical management nausea vomiting, antagonistic actions sedatives analgesics neuromuscular block agents, emergency recovery, well criteria discharge from unit. Indications about conditions requirements unit admission also included.
