摘要: The integration of digital data capabilities in the soon to be widely deployed cellular networks, which were primarily designed for voice communications, offers a low-cost way capture large and ever growing market mobile services. authors propose evaluate multiaccess protocol integrating traffic E(nhanced)-TDMA system with speech interpolation, is an enhancement emerging North American standard. proposed, combines random access slot reservation mechanisms statistically multiplex packets spurt over shared terminal-to-base air channel. integrated requires no modification used E-TDMA system, can attain performance close that ideal voice/data multiplexer.
