摘要: Current legislation, within England, states that local authorities should provide services for all those families in need, while also setting thresholds access to these services. However, research has identified regardless of the introduction strategies identify need and enhance family support, on-going barriers remain. This study took a social constructionist approach explore professionals’ experiences use Common Assessment Framework form multiagency working. Data were collected four different South East two phases: phase one February 2011 2012, July September 2014. Phase was intended focus on both professionals Local Authority (LA). as result difficulty accessing refocused CAF alone. extended three further LAs. Forty professionals, from variety agencies, part semistructured interviews individually or group. analysed utilising thematic analysis (Braun & Clarke 2006). Conclusions are small scale so cannot be generalised. findings suggested professional dictated by authority policy. Two issues emanated this.
