Une étude de la réponse des cellules B mémoires au vaccin polysaccharidique conjugué contre le méningocoque du sérogroupe C

摘要: "Neisseraia meningitidis" est une cause importante de maladies invasives chez les enfants. En Angleterre, le vaccin polysaccharidique conjugue contre serogroupe C fait partie du plan vaccination routine. Chez enfants moins d'une annee, 3 doses induisent montee des anticorps bactericides, mais qui ne persistent pas au-dela annee. Les cellules B memoires, semblent essentielles pour proteger jeunes primo-immunises comme nourrissons. Dans cette etude, j'ai evalue la persistance dans sang plasmocytes producteurs d'anticorps et memoires specifiques 12 mois a 2,3, 4 mois. resultats montrent que ces cellules, generalement non detectables, reapparaissent jour 6 (plasmocytes) ou 8 (cellules memoire) apres dose rappel conjugue. Ces donnees permettent mieux comprendre participation l'immunite memoire protection infections "N. meningitidis".
