摘要: Airborne bacteria and bacterial spores were directly sampled by an ion trap mass spectrometer with atmospheric pressure inlet system. Samples aerosolized from suspensions of single species. The organisms individually characterized in real time laser ablation spectrometry. Either positive or negative ions could be studied. Ions a particular value m/z (mass to charge ratio) further tandem spectrometry the trap.
