摘要: Densely packed ZnO nanocolumns (NCs), perpendicularly oriented to the fused-silica substrates were directly grown under hydrothermal conditions at 90 °C, with a growth rate of around 0.2 μm/h. The morphology nanostructures was visualized and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). surface properties NCs binding state present elements investigated before after different plasma treatments, typically used in plasma-enhanced CVD solar cell deposition processes, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Photothermal deflection (PDS) investigate optical photoelectrical characteristics NCs, changes induced absorptance treatments. A strong impact hydrogen treatment on free-carrier defect absorption has been detected PDS spectra. Although oxygen proven be more efficient activation NC, analysis showed that left features intact. Thus, it selected can great benefit for development thin film cells based NCs.
