摘要: 1. Diene-conjugated fatty acids are one of the products free-radical attack upon lipids and therefore have been used as markers such attack. The major diene-conjugated acid in human tissue serum is an isomer linoleic (9,12-octadecadienoic acid), namely 9,11-octadecadienoic acid. Diet may be another source this isomer, raising questions to its value a marker. aim study was determine importance diet phospholipid esterified serum. 2. Foodstuffs rich were identified. Fourteen subjects volunteered alter their diets, either increasing ('high diet') or decreasing ('low intake these foodstuffs for 3 weeks. Where undertook both washout period at least weeks allowed between phases. 3. Seven-day histories kept scored with respect content concentrations phospholipids measured by h.p.l.c. u.v. detection. 4. percentage molar ratio calculated. rose significantly on 'high diet' [1.3(0.4) versus 1.9(0.7), P = 0.01, mean (SD)] fell 'low [1.6(0.4) 1.1(0.4), 0.004, means (SD)].
