摘要: Aneurysm of a pulmonary vein is rare vascular anomaly that usually discovered incidentally as nodule or mediastinal mass. Most patients do not have any symptoms but some can present with dyspnea, hemoptysis, cerebral thromboembolism. Proper diagnosis crucial to avoid unnecessary testing surgical procedures. We highlight case an asymptomatic 59-year-old female aneurysm presenting 1.5 cm right infrahilar on contrast-enhanced CT during evaluation for acute cholecystitis. Further investigation MRA revealed it was in nature, and angiography showed dilation the inferior no communication artery. On serial imaging, there has been change size aneurysm. A small non-enlarging should be managed expectantly.
