摘要: Abstract Silylgermylethynes known to be potential organometallic reagents and precursors of optoelectronic materials can efficiently synthesized via a recently reported catalytic method called silylative coupling alkynes with vinylsilicon compounds. The reaction triethylethynylgermane vinyltrisubstituted silanes catalyzed by [RuHCl(CO)(PR 3 ) n ] (where R = i Pr, Cy, Ph; = 2–3) under optimal conditions selectively yields respective silylgermylethynes. Silylation ethynylgermane divinylsilicon derivatives such as siloxanes, silazanes, bis(silyl)benzene bis(silyl)ethane gives monoethynylgermyl substituted vinyldisilicon products high selectivity, however, accompanied traces dialkynylgermyl derivatives. All results well those stoichiometric study on the insertion into Ru–Si bond have permitted proposing mechanistic schemes examined.
