摘要: CD4(+)CD25(+) T regulatory (Treg) cells are a CD4(+) cell subset involved in the control of immune response. In vitro, murine Treg inhibit CD4(+)CD25(-) Th proliferation induced by anti-CD3 mAb presence APCs. The addition IL-4 to cocultured inhibits cell-mediated suppression. Since all types used coculture express IL-4Ralpha chain, we different combinations cells, and APCs from wild-type IL-4Ralpha(+/+) or knockout IL-4Ralpha(-/-) mice. Results show that engagement chain on renders these resistant Moreover, promotes IL-4Ralpha(+/+)CD4(+)CD25(+) which preserve full suppressive competence. These findings support an essential role signaling for activation indicate IL-4-induced is compatible with their activity.
