摘要: Abstract In materials engineering design understanding and prediction over the physical properties are essential to develop new class of functionalized materials. The objective this work is assess radiation shielding for Bi2O3 - V2O5 TeO2 glass system. For aim, MCNP5 Monte Carlo code was used estimate mass attenuation coefficients (μ/ρ) glasses in energy range 0.356-1.33 MeV. values μ/ρwere verified by XCOM at selected range. The results showed that BiVTe6 BiVTe1 samples have highest lowest coefficient respectively. addition leads a reduce HVL MFP all photon energies. Hence, sample possesses values, thus has better comparison with other work. The exploitation their useful may open many technological applications optoelectronics protection.
