Modeling, analysis, and experimental validation of frequency dividers with direct injection

摘要: An analytical model and a methodology are presented for the analysis of CMOS injection-locked frequency dividers with direct injection, which used in modern wireless communication systems. The amplitude phase oscillation synchronous operation mode, as well locking range, found explicit form. width range is determined by condition existence stability oscillations. accuracy formulas validated through comparison experimental results, good agreement ones.
