摘要: Reconstruction of infrabony defects created by the chronic infl ammatory processes parodontopathy represents a major clinical problem in paradontology. Th e objective this research was to compare and evaluate effi ciency two bone substituents at reversing deep paradentium after application new “Biohapel” material consisting biphasic calcium phosphate/poly DL-lactide-co-glycolide. is study included 12 patients both genders with an average age 49.7 years who were suff ering from clinically manifested parodontopathy. main criteria for selecting presence six similar periodontal that least 4 mm lower side teeth on sides jaw. After applying basic causal treatment, divided into groups, including experimental group (n=72) which reconstructed using substituent (on one jaw) control β tricalcium phosphate (βTCP) (Cerasorb®), preparation very commonly applied regenerative treatment other jaw). Markers assess cacy determined before surgery 6 months measuring depth pocket level junctional epithelium. We observed statistically signifi cant diff erences regeneration markers between groups (p<0.05). Application during surgical cantly improves when compared standard β-tricalcium .
