摘要: Abstract Using the time-of-flight photocurrent measurements, hole transport properties of polarized 2-methoxy, 5-(2′-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene vinylene (MEH-PPV) were investigated. Electric induced polarization MEH-PPV can significantly enhance mobility hole. The film fabricated under presence vertical electric field is about three times larger than that prepared without field.
